So which companies do you think should have the contract? I've stated it on this thread prior but competition is limited in our market.

Sodexo isn't the problem. The lack of alternatives is the problem.

What does LSU, Saints, take any team and research what they do? IDK if Bama or Texas or anyone else and see what they do?

I mean like i posted before LSU has 100”s of vendors at there game. There has to be a way to get around it.

Hospitality Management towards a degree.

I won't bother with all details but suffice to say I, and my better half, have plenty of knowledge regarding the food service industry. It isn't getting solved by the Hospitality Management program. Certainly partnership opportunities but it isn't "the solution".

There are alternatives being discussed and probably some changes coming for certain sectors but as of now there isn't a clear alternative to everything being discussed.

Not to mention there is still dis-information on this thread. During football season there were alternatives (food trucks) available in the stadium.

I am NOT being an apologist for Sodexo and I have no affiliation with them. The bottom line is there isn't a line out the door waiting to take on what they do. If we were in NOLA or Houston it would be a different story but were not and competition is limited.

They offered affordable concession prices during the 2021 season. It did nothing for attendance and people _____ed about long lines. Just a constant _____ fest

Oh wow! For one year? And who did they announce that to? I mean, I wasn't attending games because of a myriad of reasons, so how would someone like myself, know this "price drop" in concessions? So, they lowered prices for one season, with zero advertising, still the same bad product on the court, and attendance didn't immediately soar to record levels?????? Geez! I mean....what else do they have to do to get people to go to the games?!?! I'm in utter disbelief!
