Should UL get rid of Sodexo?

Okay so i heard that the reason we can not have food trucks, or vendors for tailgating etc. is because of sodexo? We can have a gumbo cookoff but cant have any businesses selling stuff outside the stadium i could be wrong? I mean that is the supposedly a major hurdle in not having like a festival type atmosphere. I could be wrong though someone enlighten me.

Zeus and KOK had their trucks in the stadium and I think one more. Basically, each spot where a food truck could be parked, they had one. Others set up tents and tables if they didn't have a permanent spot.
