Heck, Sodexo just got their tentacles into McNeese. 10 year campus dining contract. Already at NWST and Grambling for starters.

How does LSU or any other college that doesnt use Sodexo use? I am sure there are other options?

UL outsources everything and so go the profits.

ULM and Tech aren’t Sodexo. Willing to bet they will be in the future.

I don't think they can withstand the attendance hit that accompanies a Sodexo takeover.

No exaggeration. I paid $16 last week at basketball. It does come with fries.

The question no one is asking: Is the contract to handle concessions at the sports facilities being used to lower the cost of what Sodexo charges to handle the food services on campus? How much is this saving UL? Is the ROI on these savings negative because it is costing UL ticket revenue from people not going to games?

If Lafayette only had a decent investigation media outlet, this subject would make a great 3 night sweeps news package...or a large article in The Times of Acadiana
