St. Mary Parish Daily Incident Log - April 16, 2010:
Danny Reding 44 yoa of 126 Moffett Court, Morgan City was arrested on 4-15-2010 at 9:31 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving Under Suspension. Suspect was located in the Amelia area, placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail with a $2500.00 bond and was later released.
Brandon G. Batiste 26 yoa of 7861 Symmes St . Apt # 4, New Orleans, La. was arrested on 4-15-2010 at 5:29 pm for Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Signal Lane Change. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Calumet area when above suspect vehicle was stopped for failure to signal lane change. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on7-29-2010.
