That would be the “Chamber of Horrors”. Poured a beer on a UNO supporter’s wife’s mink coat one night visiting that hell hole.

In the future when one school kicks another out of their system is there any approval process in place so another system doesnt have to automatically accept them?

Other than Grambling, Ruston and UL, the rest of the ULS are LSU rejects. Which explains the deep rooted love of smooching the Tiger tail.

    A quote from the article...

"Sometimes, I wonder if we couldn’t centralize some systems ... at the UL System level. Run payroll there, run accounts payable there, (run) contracts there. There’s so many things that I think maybe we could consolidate and really save money and pressure for all nine universities," said Stokes. "I mean, that's kind of a new idea."
The last thing I want is for any of these functions to be centralized at the UL System level.

Removing the “state wide university” designation of UNO would alleviate the costs of some programs that would go away.

It explains it, but it was never explained as to whether we had a choice or not in accepting them

We don't. LSU off loads expenses on the ULS while trying to keep their overall funding the same.
