There's simply is no inside presence. Hopefully Kentenge will be back next year for us and not with someone else.

Despite leading for much of the night the Louisiana men's basketball team fell in overtime to South Alabama, 62-58, on Saturday in the Cajundome.
I don't think Hosanna will be on another college team next season. Now he may be playing professionally overseas. As far as the last shot in regulation goes, Coach Z did say they were just trying to get an open look whomever it may be. Hardy got a clean look on a pass from Garnett. He just missed it badly. I would have preferred Kentrell take a step back 3. Coach also said that he needs to do a better job of putting his team in postion to make a winning play. I wonder if he now wishes he would have had a different lineup in there. Personally, I would have preferred Fields and White be on the floor at that time. They are better perimeter shooters than Hardy.
Congratulations, this is probably the most tactful post in the history of RP. In all sincerity, nice job.
55 years, less the years when UL had no team. Narrows down the candidates for in the 50s to the first team after the death penalty, Robert Lee era teams and this year’s.
In my lifetime, fewest wins for a Cajuns MBB team in a season is 7. That occurred in 1976 and 1995. The 76 team was the first squad following the program being shut down for 2 years. The 1995 team was basically a freshman team after the 92 to 94 teams had lots of success with players like Byron Starks and Michael Allen. The current squad needs to win at least one more to beat the win total of those teams. I am optimistic they will do that and perhaps get a few more. Mainly because they work so hard and eventually that pays off.
