On the broadcast they compared Pope to former Cajun Bryce Washington which I thought was a good comparison.

Size wise, Bryce Washington and Pope are similar. Bryce was probably a better rebounder and leader than Pope. However Pope is much more skilled offensively than Bryce was. He is also a better leaper. At 6’6” he protects their basket well at times.
