You come on RP and brag about having inside information that only members of your invitation only site are privy to.

Its great that you get information before others but why do you insist on posting on RP to brag about it and make sure everyone knows that if you aren’t on the other site you aren’t in your “inner circle” and can’t be trusted with this inside information?

This is one point I don’t quite understand that they don’t understand. I said they were being inflexible about it yesterday, and some were taken aback. It’s just so very obvious that no one wants to touch a mascot named after a medical condition, but they’re all so married to the concept and the name that they doxx university officials and talk smack on their backgrounds on Twitter when they didn’t take no for an answer the first time.

Not to mention, people have different priorities. The officials clearly don’t agree on the urgency of a new mascot - especially when it involves a new suit, branding, an entire enrollment - likely a six figure investment. People think that they’re just going to adopt these AI generated mascots from the presentations. These folks also seem to think a mascot is going to draw another 10k people to CF every game and raise 10 mil in NIL or something.

I’m not even opposed to a mascot, but tons of people still think Cayenne is still active - it’s clear they don’t care enough to notice.

I agree with the uninformed popping in thinking Cayenne is active. Says a lot.

Ok, mascot is a small issue that is just magnifying weaknesses in UL's communication. Here's two Jeff Foxworthy "here's your sign" moments:

#1. Hiring an outside firm in 1999/2000 to come and tell us what a Ragin' Cajun is.
#2. (According to JMV) Hiring ANOTHER outside firm to come and tell us what a Ragin' Cajun is.
