JMV has known people who would drop their support for UL if Albineaux was adopted before they were born. Don’t believe him? Just refer to post #672. Don’t ask who the people are though. He can’t tell you. But he knows. And he knew before you knew.

Are you saying a few different people didn't tell me that they would stop supporting UL if this happened? Other folks have also told me that people told them the same thing. Why would you need to know my source or who said they would drop their support? It irrelevant as the idea will not happen.

I really don't care if I get my money back or not. Right now, the money I sent Cory is that much more than UL Athletics is getting from me this year. It's the first truly original idea we've had for a mascot since the chicken, and it was rejected without so much as a thought. What has Martin Hall done for the past decade?

You can say it's the wrong animal, wrong color, wrong disability, that's all fine and good. But for Pete's sake, come up with something else then! Or work with a guy who clearly has the energy and motivation to do something that no one else is even thinking of doing.

So what do your sources say? The reason we don't have a mascot / spirit leader anymore is because MH doesn't want one? Or because it's been working furiously under a special secret covert program for the past ten plus years, and just can't come up with the perfect replacement for Cayenne?

I have said over and over on numerous threads the name and color of the mascot was never going to happen. His idea was talked about. Where anyone goes from here I havent heard.
