The nascot isnt for us. Its for kids . Kids want to see a cute cartoon figure on the sideline. Obviously we are grown adults arguing about a guy in a suit.

We sending lawyers out for a guy in a costume that isnt even built its only thought of so obviously it matters to us adults to.

So say a lawyer on RP helped draft the letter that was sent out.

IDK ? I couldnt name all the mascots in the SBC but that is one aspect in a whole bunch of aspects that lead to attendance woes including us.

If all we needed was a mascot
to get 30k a game then life would be easy

As bad as theirs is, can you imagine what attendance would be (over time) if they had to endure near zero fan engagement efforts like UL fans have.

I would!! Ill give a perfect example me and my wife opened a business we got a dog outfit and showed up to a Christmas Parade. Do you know how many kids came up to just high five my wife that wanted to take pictures? It was 100’s.

At the end she couldn’t believe the response she got!! It was crazy to me a person in a 100 dollar dog outfit had that much of an impact!

Cajuns were also leading the SBC conference that season and undefeated at home. Two completely different levels of excitements between those seasons.

Agree, I think UL was on an 8 game winning streak going into that game.
