Reed hasn't played a snap yet of college football on the field. He had ACL surgery his freshman year and didn't play this past season. He's going to have to leap a few talented young players that played this season.

Interesting move. Cajuns sign a TE from Wayne State with only 1 year of eligibility left. Not much of a threat in the passing game. In 4 years at WSU. 13 catches 153 yards and 2 TD’s. His best season was this year with 8 catches 102 yards and 1 TD. 6’3 230. Might be more of a blocking TE. He is from Nebraska. Not sure what the ties are here.

I saw that too, my assumption would be that it was a grades issue, he had offers from much bigger schools, something must have been the reason they passed on him.
