The goal should be to get a student or students to wear the suit. Albineaux is for them. All college mascot mantles are dawned by students. Albineaux shouldn’t be any different.

We can have a contingency for alums to wear it too. The more exposure the better. In order to really win over the fanbase, the suit will have to do a lot of boots on the ground campaigning/entertaining. The people who have hardened their hearts to character will start to soften when the laughs start to roll and the kids start to dance.

Has any of this been approved by UL? If not this could all be done for nothing.

Think we are getting off subject, they do have fans and such for these mascots! What does it matter? If he shows up to majority its a win, even if the costume is built it is a win. IDK what this has to do with anything, this is like some secret LSU thing that doesnt want this to happen? At this point i will stop engaging!

I am for the idea of a spirit leader or mascot. I will not donate towards any efforts without the university giving it a go.

For marketing purpose right now, his name needs to be Albineaux. I’ve tested this among est my graduate school colleagues. Just trust me right now, this is our best foot moving forward; at least for the time being.

As long as that's the name it will never be moved further.

Approval. They can stop you. They will not just let someone get in a mascot costume and enter games.

Louis Albineaux only if he stays white, one of our team colors. If we make him red, he can be Louis Rougeaux! But, some won't like that at all...HA HA!

I can't imagine them stopping a student that is in a costume from attending a game. If they do, the possible political pushback from doing so would be a big ordeal to overcome.

I hope you can trust me. I am very calculated. I've studied how fan made spirit leaders have become adopted at numerous universities across the country. This is going to work. We just need the suit.

Whats the cost for the suit? How is the money going to be raised for the suit? What happens if we donate and UL doesn't allow anyone to wear the suit? Will we get a refund?
