It was a scam. They made them the top seeds to pretend they were inclusive, but it was really so those teams didnt get the benefit of a home game

Mostly true, but you gotta give Arizona St. credit for the comeback and almost pulling it off. They got screwed on the obvious targeting that wasn't called.
