One man's "trash" turns into another man's "treasure"

It’s been said that “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”
That saying proved itself true for two local mayors--Lake Arthur’s E.R. “Red” Giles and Lake Charles’ Randy Roach--as they combined their efforts in salvaging discarded materials from a work site being repaired from the wrath of Hurricane Rita in one city to use in building a strikingly beautiful pier in the other.
