He definitely learned from his rookie and sophomore mistakes.

It is so obvious that Desormeaux left a few grabbable wins on the table his first two years. But this year can be closer to the norm

Fun fact, saban was 2 - 6 his first year at bama, 5 wins "vacated" by ncaa, ironically his bowl win was not vacated despite not being eligible in the first place after factoring in the other vacated games, and you wonder why the rich get richer
