It was good to be back in the Cajundome again to watch Louisiana basketball. Announced crowd was about 2500. I told Dr. Maggard thank you.
It was a competitive game. We are just not a good offensive team. We are not very good at rebounding as well. It was a one point game with 2 minutes to go.
It was an entertaining game, just not the results we wanted.

Props to their crowd, but they didn't have more than we had, in my opinion. If you were on the side facing the teams, it probably looked that way, I think we had a few more than them. Still, not a good crowd for us. This team we have give great effort, just a struggle to make baskets too often.

If they are spending "big nil bucks" for the basketball team, they wasted money this year. That team is AVERAGE

They were smoke and mirrors last year. Yeah, they beat Michigan. Michigan had possibly one of their worst teams ever. The media had to build up McNeese at the time because nobody wanted to say anything bad about a favorite son Howard. As the season progressed Howard became more exposed, but McNeese continued to surf the positive wave.

They are a good team, but not one that anyone should fear. WW needs to cash his chips this spring and go, hard to reload at a SLC school.
