It’s ironic some people don’t want anyone associated with Marlin, yet someone associated with Lee is ok.

And with the Wild West NIL, I’d guess that APR thing will pop up at some universities.

If a 4 year school affiliates with a JUCO academically, theoretically they could transfer everyone's lower division credits to the JUCO and then everyone who ever attended might be able to get eligibility back, as long as they werent taken upper division courses their first year

Define "affiliates." Seems to me, it's either a separate institution or it's not.

Yale College is a constituent school of Yale University and contains a dependent system of residential colleges.
