They are trying to make it seem like a anti-vaping campaign but lets be real, its a donation to LSU nil collective via State Money. They had to throw the other schools scraps to make it look less shady.

This state government is so corrupt. This is some corruption stuff under the table for one state university that was completely a back door deal. No wonder this state is so bad. Unbelievable.

I'll take a wild guess here and bet no one at LSU was asking for this. The amount of money is much to do about nothing but the blowback will be large.

However a couple of politicians strut around like peacocks thinking how great they are. Just reference the "live Tiger" at the game basically ordered by the governor.

TSAB has plenty of issues to gripe about but I seriously doubt they had a hand in this. Bigger fish to fry.
