Is there a way to "not officially fire" Marlin today. Do "officially" fire him after season to save a few bucks ......BUT......go ahead and start the search now. Make it a 'secret search' yet everyone knows the end is certain. Give this program a much much much needed glimmer of hope for next season.

Horrible performance. Bad coaching? How about no coaching. We could let the kids just play whatever they want (no coaching) and win more than 2 games against sub 0.500 teams.
