Reading these is like reading a bunch of 'Dear John' letters. 'Its me, not you, let's still be friends'. Jeez. I sincerely hope these guys have their new job already lined up, not quitting here before having a new job.

Instead a simple letter of resignation without fanfare is more appropriate. Let me help:
