The tide has moved in the positive direction. Unfortunately, there's many years of it being the way R1L mentioned that has to be uprooted. I don't think our head FB coach prior to Napier helped matters either, probably made it worse.

Hopefully that is ALL water under the bridge now, especially with Dez and Coach Leger's relationships locally.

If I'm not mistaken, he was committed to Notre Dame before flipping to LSU? He was a legacy offer, his first love was LSU.

He was never committed to ND but was supposed to take a recruiting trip there while committed to LSU. A ND booster with a private plane that lives in Lafayette, LA either flew him there or was supposed to

If I'm not mistaken it was the same week or following week that he broke his leg in high school

Edit: he rescheduled his visit after breaking his leg. Original visit date was same weekend as his injury

It was not a ND booster it was a friend of Jamie’s that flew them there. No ties to ND. He also never received any death threats from that
