This. You just never know. LL2 was said to be by some everything and a bag of chips QB. That worked out, but he wasn’t going to be QB1 at UL.

If the transfer happens then we welcome Walker to Ragin Cajun Football. If not then so be it. Either way, our the young men in our QB room will need to put in work to take the reigns. Ben and Chandler have both worked hard since they've been here and set the bar.

Agree a million percent & will go one baby step further. If Des signed this guy out of high school they would be doing the old circle jerk no questions asked. Anyone who doesn't think getting a top flight recruit whose had to bounce around & understands what it means to be humbled by competition at the highest level in college isn't better than getting a teenage prima donna doesn't understand people, football, or life.

The previous poster to whom I attached my quote obviously read many of the posts differently than just cautious optimism, as did I. Many sound down right skeptical, sarcastic & to the point of being ugly about a guy who could very well find his groove with the right mindset & opportunity to go on to be a potentially all time UL great. Now wouldn't that be a story to rub in certain people's grills? I'm not predicting. I'm just saying.
