Bill's effectiveness as a runner dropped off significantly as the season progressed. Maybe he was playing hurt, but he looked slower and was not breaking tackles like we have seen him do in the past.

A number of Bill's runs to the outside were not on Stretch Plays but because the hole wasn't there, and he bounced it outside. Someone forgot to remind him he is a 4.6 back, not 4.4.

Glorified development league at this point. I'm not sure what else can be done, but roster management has become the most important role as a staff. If you are recruiting well, it will be difficult to be a contender every season in your own conference.
