Sounds like he got some bad advice. Posted that he "may have 2 years of eligibility because he played JUCO". He's basing this off what people are posting online about the Vandy QB's court case. The ruling is temporary until the case is heard and only applies to him. People are posting all over that it applies to everyone when it does not.

I watched or listened to every game......still have no recall on Nkuba being mentioned. Also not in the Marshall 2 deep roster.

As far as Pavia / JC......NCAA has literally caved in or lost every court decision in the past 5 years. Safe to assume all the JCs have 1 more year of eligibility or the NCAA will have a class action to defend.

I wouldnt say they lost they Pavia case, i'll leave it to the lawyers in here to correct me, but i believe it was a temporary Injuction.

Nkuba didn't play much it any after going through a few injuries. He's leaving for an opportunity to get more playing time.
