I never onced said kids lacked integrity and commitment, you can check the thread. Secondly 90% of the players who are leaving our program, who we are frustrated that left, are are starters who play and produce, who are leaving for higher NIL opportunities and i guess bigger programs. The kids who are coming to UL through portal are not coming fornNIL but an opportunity to get on the field and play or get out of the FCS level. We as fans are frusturated that some of our starters are hitting the road for the "bag".

I thought we would avoid any major contributors transferring out this year. Carter isn’t much of a surprise. But I thought a 10-win regular season, hosting the championship game, the new stadium opening up next year, and bringing in a blue chip QB next year with Howard would build a lot of excitement heading into 2025 and help us retain anyone thinking of leaving.

Tulane has their top 3 QBs in portal.

Arizona has 29 in portal....looks like they currently have most so far. Arkansas and Marshall at 25. TSAB up to 15 (may seem like a lot but that is about the FBS "average" so far)
