You know, I've read many CFB fans post that they want their school to be a stepping stone job for coaches. They want young, hungry coaches to come in and win so much that they move on and the cycle repeats.
Perhaps that's just perspective we have to view the athletes that come play for our school now. So, maybe continuity at the head coaching spot is how you keep the rudder steered in this stormy CFB era. I know I am comfortable with who is steering.
Like CMD said on Twitter, "Don't lose sight of the guys that CHOOSE to stay here."
Just typing out loud as a coping mechanism while the transfer portal turns lol.
What I don’t like is that so many leave before the bowl games. This could be one of the best bowls that we’ve been it. Its tough enough going in without an experienced QB, but now the other skill positions are leaving
