I’m at the point with hearing “Lunch”, he’s becoming the “Easter Bunny” of FB
What is wrong with Lunch? Injured or hasn't grasped the playbook yet? Our QB prospects for next year appear limited. Hope we can bring somebody in or better develop who we have.
And #71, George Jackson, got called for holding on one play where he grabbed a guy and actually wrestled the guy to the ground and kept holding him down for the entire play until the refs had to separate them. What was that? I believe Marshall's player was their SBC POY guy. There seemed to be a lot of trash talking going on. Must have been a real frustration move by Jackson.
Lunch had surgery earlier on his throwing arm..hrell be back in the Spring, Along with a transfer from Kansas State who had an injury early in the fall..
Love Des as a coach, but for the last 3 seasons, we have had multiple QBs injured throughout the season. I know our OL was not great the first two seasons, but this season it was better.
I get wanting to have dual threat QB’s (matchup nightmares), however, in this day and age, if they are running they need to have the builds to take punishment. None of current QBs or the rumored one incoming fits that bill.
I think most of us had higher expectations for the OL. Seems we’ve been “beat up” the last several games with guys missing games, etc. We just seemed off lately, and “slower” against Marshall. Have to give Marshall’s DL credit as they really got after it Saturday night.
Cajun Fields, thank you for putting it all out there. Breaking bones for a Louisiana W is something very few get the opp to do. Appreciate your dedication | work | skills
B Dub, hope you're on the path to recovery b/c we need you on the war path versus TCU in the old west.
Beale, good job coming in as a freshman in the CCG. Throws into very high coverage were there, but stay in that playbook and you can get us Ws in the future.
Lunch, hope u as good as we all think you are. Can't wait to see if you the truth.
Geaux F'n Cajuns.
