Here's a hint. The Alumni Association is about much more than athletics.
Keeping current members abreast of what’s going on is one way to hold what you’ve got but won’t do much for you in terms of growing membership. They have the power to change who all they would like to keep informed.

I can assure you that the Alumni Association is doing quite a bit of engagement to increase membership, thereby increasing the number that get information directly from them. Examples - reestablishing the region Ragin Cajun Clubs, actively engaging students (future Alumni) with more scholarships, mentoring programs (between students and alumni), outstanding graduate program, grad expo just to name a few, along with tailgating at every home game. To reach out to the masses, the AA has social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and X (under Louisiana Alumni Association. that should make the name folks happy). If you are wanting a personal invitation, you are sh__ out of luck! The Alumni Association could do more but it takes $$$. How much have you contributed?

I'll take a wild guess and say ZERO

Jay’s assertion was that you probably weren’t getting updates on what the Association is doing if you aren’t a member. My theory is that strategy wouldn’t garner you much in the way of new interest. Not sure how what you just posted disproves that.
