Only 2 belt teams in the bottom 25. Georgia state at 19 and usm at 2. It was a lot worse just a few years ago.

Kind of my point of it all. The SBC use to be the punching bag. I know it isn’t Christian to laugh at other’s misfortunes. I do give thanks it’s not UL. And I must confess, I cannot help but have a little smirk. Heck, I’m sure our friends in Funroe are elated.

Georgia state always has talent. They’re a mystery sometimes. Athletes all over the field just can’t put it all together. I guess they’re lacking the mental parts needed or Georgia state is getting all the “me guys” that the big schools pass on.
