They don't have any casual (poor) fans in Evanston like we do in Lafayette. I think ISWYDT, but there is no comparison regarding the 2 fanbases.

The bigger part of what they are doing is the area surrounding the stadium. The plans are to make it a development that can be used year round. Supposed to be 200,000 sq ft of parks and plazas.
