Louisiana should return to their old tradition and have homecoming every year at 11am on the day everyone comes home looking for an outing.

I was watching moana 1 the day after thanksgiving, first time seeing it, and saw the commercial for moana 2 during it.... and thought whew, i was almost way behind. Ha

Fun fact: top 3 movies at record setting box office thanksgiving weekend were all either sequels or retreads. Is hollywood simply out of ideas...and the viewers prefer old to new?

I think Hollywood is putting more emphasis on TV Series. So many good series out there. So much easier to get viewers.

A large amount of film are "retreads" as R1 says. Some are actually the third or even forth form of the same, going back multiple decades. "Hollywood" is 100% propaganda. Only time I watch it is to catch the Saints over the air in 4K, College Football Saturdays or Trump returning to the Oval Office. Ex. of how b.s. it is: Fox called California for the worst presidential candidate of all time, the kamala ex San Fran D.A. (a town that Elon Musk says is proof of the "end of civilization", see Rogan interview) with 11% of the votes turned in.
