I never said it was. I was asked for signs or evidence of a dwindling fan base.

No banners is a sign of an administration that feels no pressure, due to a dwindling fan base.

They could not have gotten away with zero accomplishment promotion for three years if the fan base was energized.

How about a suggestion to have the athletic department work with the UL marketing department and have as a project for the senior class each year to design and implement an athletic marketing plan designed specifically for fellow students for all athletic events, particularly football, basketball, baseball & softball?

those same students that would provide those plans wouldnt show or leave at halftime. Our students (most) suck when it comes to attending games. I know i will probably get attacked for saying that.
