Next time you’re by there, definitely give it a go. Brisket is top tier. Melts in your mouth.

I live close to their other location in Spring branch. Love the bbq but don’t like any of their sauces.

Tchoups was good enough.. plenty of places in town with worse food and similar prices that are still open

I'm sure it was the familiar mix of not being able to retain staff coupled with service and quality falling off because of said staff
