We wont use NIL money to bring him in or barely any. Des has stated on numerous occasions that we will use NIL to RETAIN our talent not to bring guys in. If its money he's looking for best he go somewhere else.

That's what I'm leaning towards. He sat behind Jayden Daniels, Nussmeier, and Jaxson Dart. I feel like the dude just wants to play ball. Just not sure if money plays a small factor.

If the players wants to come in and the coaches agree, bring on the competition. It's been established that Des will not use NIL to bring in players and nobody is promised a starting spot. Best man wins the job, that's how you build championship programs.

NIL and the Transfer Portal promote instant gratification, transfer to us and get your chance to shine. The mindset of "work while you wait" is being abandoned. These young athletes are finding out that false promises are being made with little regard for their future.

The consequences of NIL and the Transfer Portal are coming, team unity, depth, and motivation will all be impacted and it won't be for the better.
