Story from the Anthony Jennings days. We played at ULM the final game of the season in 2016 in the rain. Cajuns won 30-3. Neither team could pass the ball much because of the weather. In addition, all 2-3k fans at the game were crowded up under the overhang on the home side. I think the ULM fans were sufficiently fed up with the Cajun fans by the end of the game. My buddy was celebrating after, and a ULM fan wanted to fight him and kept saying we only won because of our “LSU reject” QB. We were like, “buddy…he threw for about 30 yards.” I’ve seen some fun games in that stadium.

I'm optimistic but also skeptical. If he does enter the portal, you better believe a ton of teams would be contacting him. What's our NIL $$$ looking like?

That's what I'm leaning towards. He sat behind Jayden Daniels, Nussmeier, and Jaxson Dart. I feel like the dude just wants to play ball. Just not sure if money plays a small factor.

And the kid backing up Dart at Ole Miss is a beast. The job will be his and everyone knows it and that's why Walker was looking for a fresh start.

His dad has said absolutely nothing of the sort. People need to stop insinuating this.

That was punishment for breaking it off with Lanes daughter. He wasn't beat out.

I watched that kid throw darts from over 60 yards. He's faster, bigger and is just better than Walker. He led them to a TD when Dart went out last week against Georgia. His name is Simmons and he'll be the starter there for a long time. It had absolutely nothing to do with the daughter. He was beat out while he was dating her....

I'm glad Walker is coming to be a Cajun. It's good for the program and he may be a perfect fit. Time will and you can't have too many good players. Welcome to UL Walker (assuming he does indeed enroll in Jan 25.)

Ole Miss has been successful with transfers who have experience. The last two years, they had a back up from OK State that beat out Walker for the 2 spot as well. They will likely have guys come in and may very well have experience. Simmons is just that talented.
