Opens up at 7:00 AM. Judging is at 1:00. We will have to bring our food to the judges at the "Cajuns Village" area. Not sure about serving size or how many judges we are feeding.

A week ago or so I saw a post on how much you needed to cook and how much you needed to bring to the judging area at 1 PM. Must be cooked from scratch. if someone doesn’t post it before me, I’ll try to do some research this afternoon. Good luck to all.
