A week ago or so I saw a post on how much you needed to cook and how much you needed to bring to the judging area at 1 PM. Must be cooked from scratch. if someone doesn’t post it before me, I’ll try to do some research this afternoon. Good luck to all.

I may be wrong about cooking from scratch. I may have read that on a different site.
How have they been marketing this? Cajuns fan or not, the majority of the Acadiana region cooks and eats gumbo.
