They announced the winners at the game. I forgot the name of the winning team. They had prizes for the 3rd, 2nd and 1rst place teams. The winning trophy was a stirring paddle.

I don't remember the announcer saying the guys name. It seemed like he just said here's the winner of the gumbo cook off

It seems like this was a very successful event given the short turnaround. If this becomes an annual event it will only grow and thus help grow the tailgating atmosphere. Kudos to those involved
