In that regard, we don’t control our own destiny at this point. Winning the last 2 would put us in a tie breaker with Marshall if they win their last 2.

As long as we WIN our last 2 games, we WIN the Western division AND we should host the Championship Game based on our overall record, if nothing else.

I’d enjoy the irony if the Cajuns host. All the hype of “starting stadium renovations when the season ends” during the SBC CG broadcast years back and here we are.

The numbers will change. They are playing two good teams, we are playing two mediocre teams. SOS is a significant factor in the these particular ratings. Hard to say where either us or Marshall would be on December 1.

Now we have to win out or split the last two and have South Alabama lose one.
