St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - April 14, 2010:
Anthony Bias 21 yoa of 518 Orange St., Morgan City was arrested on 4-13-2010 at 6:53 pm for Possession of Crack Cocaine, Resisting an Officer, Obstruction of Justice and a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of SimpleBattery. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Morgan City area when they observed suspect vehicle fail to use signal. Agents attempted to stop suspect but he refused to stop with suspect throwing item out the window before coming to a stop on Poplar St… Agents removed suspects from vehicle and conducted an investigation. During a search of above suspect a large piece of crack cocaine was located on his person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
