Saints should hire Coach Prime.
Yesterday before halftime, the commentators in the Saints game said, "Nothing the Saints have done on this drive makes sense" ...and they were absolutely correct.
Not sure if this is a joke?
Dennis Allen may (or may not) be a good defensive coordinator, but he definitely isn't a good head coach.
I will assume it is a joke and not respond how I feel about Coach Prime.
Protect Des at all costs
He would fit in, in nola, as he already has experience getting car stolen
Interim Head Coach Darren Rizzi.

Prime is a thin skinned, hypocritical Charlatan
Plain and simple
It’s hard to tell if he’s an actual good coach or not. I lean towards the latter. He has gotten some coordinators this year and it has paid off. I think if he hires the right coordinators as an nfl coach he would be ok as I think his style and attitude work better for the professional athlete. Saying all that, I’d never want him as the saints head coach. He’s a falcon/niner/cowboy.
The Saints problems go far deeper than a bad head coach. Mickey Loomis has made horrible draft day decisions for years. Having a great head coach & one of the greatest players in the history of the league covered a lot of that up. But now, we are seeing the unravelling of what was once a great organization. If Loomis did what he should do, he would fire himself today as well.
Poor folks go broke. Rich folks go bankrupt. The Saints live in the richest subdivision in the world. This means they are in the early stages of bankruptcy. The longer they prolong the fire sale & the rebuild combined with throwing more bad money after over the hill players like Alvin Kamara just last week. The longer the pain of bankruptcy is going to last. I've read & heard the Saints are at rock bottom. I've got bad news for those who believe this. We haven't begun to see rock bottom yet. That occurs when the fire sale starts. Then the rebuild can begin IF they get the right management to do the deal. Until then, look for more of the same over & over & over.
Its probably too late with trade deadline being end of today, but the Saints should begin stockpiling future draft picks trading players of value to some of the teams on the rise.
It really seems more and more that the path to become an nfl head coach is to go to a small school, possibly not even d1/fbs.
