Commitment is from a 6’9” Texas private school player. I don’t recall details right now. I believe early signing period begins November 13. For folks who think our pod was on the optimistic side, we did conclude with a comment that it may take awhile for roles to be established. Having many versatile players lends itself to that situation. Still that could result in a slow start.

In what national media pubs I’ve seen, expectations should be middle-of-the-pack finish. We’ll see.

If they do finish middle of the pack, the ‘ol “3 days in March” is going to have to expand. Anyone see the new Sun Belt tournament bracket?

They are trying really hard to make sure a top seed wins it. Interesting concept.

I saw the tournament bracket. If a team finishes 11 to 14 expects to win tournament, they will have to win 7 games in 7 days. 1st and 2nd place teams get byes all the way to the semi finals.

Interesting concept, kinda. But of course, EVERYONE makes the tournament. Soccer takes the top 8, that’s it. But soccer doesn’t draw a crowd.
