Looking at preseason rankings Kent State #119 is ahead of us ( Louisiana #137 ). Hard to judge for us being we have newcomers that will contribute a lot. I would think the ones coming from bigger schools / conf, should be able to be more productive here than their last school. I like the fact of us playing better teams early on.

There are roughly 350 D1 basketball schools. 137 is well above the halfway mark. Impossible to rank schools early these days due to the number of transfers EVERY school deals with. Last year Kent State finished strong and lost by 1 in the MAC conference tournament championship game. They will be a very tough opponent in Game 1.
