I remember back in the 80's, their budget was nearly 3x bigger than ours. Now, our budget is nearly 2x bigger than theirs. Crazy.

When the powers that be keep fishing in the same hole, donor fatigue sets in. Like NIL…some folks are all in, some are “meh”, and some checked out.

It takes a true leadership TEAM to keep the different groups happy and coming back, and it’s not just fundraising.

Like the music is damn loud crowd. “Sorry, not changing it” isn’t the answer. They leave and never look back. Same with guys and motorhomes and tailgating.
