The last 6 opponents for the Cajuns have combined records of 19-17. ULM, Texas St. and CCU have the best records at 5-1 & 4-2x2. Troy, SoAl and Arkansas St having bad starts. Any thoughts?

It worries me the toughest remaining games, CCU, Tx State, & ULM, are all on the road. If we could win 4 of the remaining 6, that would give us a 9-3 record, which would mark great improvement from last year.
If we split, that is still 8-4... and that's without a bowl game, or without (possibly) the SBC championship.
One week at a time.
It gets harder, for sure.
No team we’ve beaten has more than 2 wins aside from Grambling.
I still think the Wake win is a good one. They will not finish with a good record, but they are the best team we’ve beaten and they are in the ACC. Kind of win by default since App is not what they were.
KSU may not win a game. USM may not win another. App has enough talent to get a few, but they don’t know where they will even play.
Funny thing is every team we’ve beaten this year has black and gold school colors.
So black is a school color . . . glad y’ll finally figured that out . . . satisfaction . . .
So under that theory, we’re screwed.
Unlike previous two seasons, the Cajuns are winning these close games. That's encouraging! Every conference game is big, but the Tues, Oct 29th game at TX St. is a biggie for winning SBC West.
And just like that.....the season is half over.
