I've been watching college football for over 55 plus years. That was the worst officiating football game I have ever seen! And for the Targeting calls two of them most definitely were not targeting. But the Football Gods were not going to allow the poor officiating to decide the game. They didn't allow the Demon Deacon's field goal to go through the uprights, thus hitting the left upright and falling helplessly to the ground!

Wow!! Definitely targeting on Miami last night with 1:50 left in the game. No flag, reviewed, no targeting. Same crew we had at wake forest. ACC isn’t even trying to hide bias. Can’t let Miami lose.

So have I. That rule is meant to protect players from some of the catastrophic injuries we've gotten to see in this game, but, like usual, even that rule can be misconstrued by poor officials. 4-1!!! Time to beat Appy State!!!
