We have a number of other ones going on, but is the actual Kinesiology, Hospitality Management and Athletic Administration Complex. For those of you don't understand what all those words were, it's basically a fancy term for the east side of the football stadium. The intention there is to actually replace the functionality of the Cox building, which as Trey, can tell us, has seen much better days, and actually relocate that into a new building on the east side concourse of the football stadium that will round out the entirety of the whole football stadium, kind of being redeveloped and rethought. It'll allow a number of different opportunities that we currently didn't have before, i.e. more student engagement, some potential student premium experiences. . .

…..well a huge restaurant with a semi student union effect is what I am hoping for along with Athletics offices and press box on top…..money maker with the students waiting for busses or tram to campus…..I am still hoping for the Cajun Coach to main campus! Why not???

Anything which puts eyes on our field is a tremendous asset. If the new West side had a restaurant in it, it would be the best place in Acadiana to go have a sit down lunch over looking the Swamp. Want to impress a client, land some new donors, entice an industry to set up their taxable operation in Lafayette, you CAN NOT beat what that view would do.

Build a high rise behind center field at the Tigue and every single unit would be leased/rented in first hour after opening the front door. I'd live there till I died.

The west side won’t have a restaurant in it, but the club area will be available to rent for events, and I imagine it will get a lot of use.
