Pac-12 still needs 1 more full member, but league won’t be adding another school until media rights evaluation is completed, sources told @ActionNetworkHQ. This process could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. Several schools continue to reach out w/interest in joining…

The money would be better, but not that much. However, the current TV contracts are not, at all, why I think we should pursue this if there is an opening.
Go back and look at the 2 groups of schools I listed. That is all it's about for me. It's obvious as to where we belong for the long term health and growth of our ENTIRE university.

McNeese would pair well with LaTech in Cusa…will be fun to watch those two.
Yes, and all those schools have student fees. Our fanbase isn't willing to pay more money into athletics, the message has been consistent on this site. Also, you even admitted that the difference between the two conferences media deals will be not much different in the near future. I agree with that, especially after the PAC 12 is officially a G5 conference. Unless the money changes for new members and the AAC actually reaches out to UL, there is no need to leave the SBC. Maggard is pretty much still talking with many of these programs about the next movement below the P5.
