Texas State to Mountain West? I hope not. I really like going to San Marcos for games. Unfortunately, I may have gone to my last one.

Just saw that and headed over here to see if it had been posted. I also would miss them being in the same conference especially since I live in the Austin area. This would be a big bummer.
Yeah, definitely hope TXST stays in the SBC.
Well if I was forced to be travel partners with ULM, I would want out of the SBC too.
If this happens, wonder who SBC tries to fill that spot with
Maybe they should have invited Sam Houston state.
I wouldn’t mind Sam Houston state as a replacement for tx st. Easy road trip and solid athletics all around. About to upgrade their football stadium also.
I know yall will hate it but the only one that makes sense is LaTech, i mean think every school is a rival, and every school is about 3 to 4 hours away from each other.
Yall really want to add WKU and give the balance to the east? We need someone west
After blowing a lead to Sam Houston? TXST has some good programs, but no history of winning consistently. Go to the mountain west. The sun belt will still be stronger.
I don't see the value a move to the Mountain West provides to Texas State.
I know y’all keep saying WKU, but think about it?
LaTech would be considered a rival to every school in the West. Tech-ULM, Tech-Louisiana, Tech-USM, Tech-Ark. St. i mean scheduling would be great.
We would play Tech, ULM, USM, Ark. St., USA, and Troy every year that is a win and that is what everyone would want to see.
What makes it interesting is because we do hate them so much, so does ULM, and the rest!!
