Edwin Litolff. He's Rick Gallot's guy. Got his undergrad degree from SELU, PhD from LSU. Was interim president for ULM. CFO for Grambling, then UNO. Now here.

That's on par with in-state college tuition in other Gulf Coast states. Unless you think the taxpayers should further subsidize tuition for you.

The UL Board approved a tuition increase a few months ago that recently went into effect. It was the FIRST tuition increase in SEVEN years. I suspect cumulative inflation during those seven years was well over over 25%.
